These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AlgoSpheos website and training services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AlgoSpheos.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to AI training courses, educational programs, and related materials provided by AlgoSpheos.

"User" or "You" means any person accessing our website or utilizing our services.

"Content" includes all text, images, code, course materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our training programs.

"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to AlgoSpheos, a training provider operating in Singapore.

"Participant" means individuals enrolled in AlgoSpheos training courses.

3. Use of Services

AlgoSpheos training services are provided for professional development and educational purposes. By using our services, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if younger

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment

Maintain confidentiality of account credentials if applicable

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written acceptance from AlgoSpheos. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion. Course capacity is limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Terms

Full course fees must be paid before course commencement unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other methods specified during enrollment. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start receive full refunds minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days of course start are non-refundable. AlgoSpheos may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, offering full refunds or alternative course dates.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following activities:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Infringe on intellectual property rights or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization

Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code that could damage systems or data

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts

Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent identity or affiliation

Harass, threaten, or harm other users or instructors

Record, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

AlgoSpheos Content

All content on our website and in training materials, including course curriculum, code examples, documentation, and instructional materials, remains the property of AlgoSpheos. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Enrolled participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes during and after course completion. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials.

Participant Work

Code and projects you create during courses remain your intellectual property. By submitting assignments, you grant AlgoSpheos a non-exclusive license to evaluate your work and use anonymized examples for educational purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimer

Training services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that courses will meet your specific requirements, that content is error-free, or that services will be uninterrupted.

No Employment Guarantees

Course completion does not represent employment placement services. Career advancement depends on individual effort, market conditions, and employer requirements beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

AlgoSpheos's total liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices meet technical requirements for course access. We are not liable for technical difficulties arising from participant equipment or internet connectivity.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional behavior during training sessions and in interactions with instructors and peers. This includes:

Respectful communication and constructive collaboration

Academic integrity in assignments and project submissions

Attendance at scheduled sessions and timely completion of assignments

Compliance with computing resource usage policies

Violations may result in removal from courses without refund.

9. Confidentiality

Participants may receive access to proprietary information, including course methodologies, unpublished materials, and internal documentation. You agree to:

Not disclose course materials or methodologies to third parties

Use confidential information solely for educational purposes

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage participants to contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our training administration team.

Mediation

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be conducted in Singapore by a mutually agreed mediator.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in training programs with appropriate notice as specified in enrollment agreements.

AlgoSpheos reserves the right to immediately terminate access to services for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Termination for cause does not entitle participants to refunds.

Upon termination, participants must cease using course materials and return or destroy any confidential information received during training.

12. Modifications to Terms

AlgoSpheos reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants or posted prominently on our website.

Modified terms become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not agree with modifications, you must discontinue using our services.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlgoSpheos regarding use of services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to reflect the parties' intentions.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision or any other provisions. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without written consent. AlgoSpheos may assign these terms in connection with business transfers or reorganizations.
